Ashli King is an Acadiana native that has lived in Louisiana all her life and has participated in community organizations that have worked with mental health support for youth and adults in areas ranging from St. Martinville, New Iberia, Lafayette, Baton Rouge and Acadia parish over the last 7 years.
Ashli King earned her Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling and Disability Studies from Southern University and A & M College, as well as her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern University and A & M College. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Clinical Supervision and Education through the University of Holy Cross.
Ashli enjoys gardening, plants, photography, and listening to live music at local events. She enjoys traveling to different countries, eating at Acadiana restaurants, like her local favorite Don’s seafood, and spending time with family and friends both socially and at home, especially her husband.
Ashli works with children, teenagers, and adults and provides services regarding anxiety, depression, grief, anger management, behavioral management and social skills. She also provides psychological evaluations including but not limited to educational testing, personality testing, and bariatric surgery clearance.
