Gill Larsen is a Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC) who graduated with a master’s degree in professional counseling from Liberty University in 2011. For over 25 years, Gill has been involved in helping others internationally in the arena of ministry. After a traumatic loss, her own journey through grief led her to the field of counseling with a mission to help others navigate life and find healing. Gill utilizes evidence-based theories such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help individuals, couples, and families attain the tools and safety they need to reach their goals. Gill is a trauma-informed therapist who recognizes the impact of trauma and supports clients in finding healthy outcomes. Trained in Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts (SYMBIS), Building Lasting Connections (BLC), Created For Connection (C4C), and Trust-Based Relational Interventions (TBRI), Gill has organized and facilitated many small groups and workshops to help marriages and families build stronger and more healthy relationships.
